Main Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles (optional)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Prepare the Beef Filling: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper until fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain excess fat if necessary, then mix in finely chopped onions, ketchup, and mustard to create the classic cheeseburger flavor base.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas and evenly distribute the cooked beef mixture in the center of each. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef and add pickles if desired. Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding the sides in as you go to seal the filling inside.
- Air Fry to Perfection: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket to prevent them from opening. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted inside.
