Ingredients

Scale

Meat & Cheese

  • 1 lb fresh ground beef
  • 810 slices sharp cheddar cheese

Bread & Fries

  • 810 slider buns
  • 1 bag frozen French fries (about 12 oz)

Condiments & Seasonings

  • Butter for toasting buns (about 2 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ketchup as needed
  • Mustard as needed
  • Pickles (optional, as desired)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fries: Bake or fry the frozen French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil. Set aside.
  2. Shape and Cook the Patties: Divide the ground beef into 8-10 small portions roughly the size of your slider buns. Shape into thin patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Cook patties on a hot skillet or grill for about 3 minutes per side. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
  3. Toast the Buns: Spread butter on the insides of the slider buns. Toast them on a skillet or griddle over medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Assemble the Sliders: On the bottom half of each toasted bun, add a handful of crispy fries. Top with a cheesy beef patty, then add ketchup, mustard, and pickles if using. Cap with the top bun and gently press together.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately while everything is hot and melty. Enjoy the delightful contrast of crunchy fries, juicy beef, and toasted buns in every bite.

Notes

  • Use freshly ground beef for best flavor and juiciness.
  • Do not overcook patties; medium to medium-well keeps them juicy.
  • Choose the crispiest fries possible for optimal texture contrast.
  • Butter-toasting the buns adds richness and crunch.
  • Assemble sliders just before serving to avoid soggy buns.
